PORTLAND — Growth in Libbytown along outer Congress Street will be the topic of a Dec. 11 public workshop at the Clarion Hotel, 1230 Congress St.
The 6 p.m. workshop is part of the larger Portland Area Comprehensive Transportation System Land Use and Transit Technical Assistance Study. Study spokeswoman Carol Morris said the workshop is open to neighborhood residents and business owners, and will focus on long-term choices for housing and commercial development.
