Much has been made of the Yarmouth School Department’s plan to renovate and expand its four existing schools. We are writing in support of the School Committee’s commitment to these projects, and the Town Council’s stamp of approval. By committing to provide the space needed for a growing enrollment, the elected officials and administration have shown dedication to our students and vision for our town.

Quality schools exist in quality communities. We have the chance before us to preserve our community values and ensure quality schools in our town for decades to come. We need to step up and make sure this opportunity doesn’t pass us by. Please join us in voting yes on both of the school bond questions on Nov. 6.
