Democrat Denise Tepler is the right person to represent House District 54.
Tepler has the experience, the knowledge and the temperament to be an effective legislator. She has served as chairwoman and vice chairwoman of the town Finance Committee, and the president of the board of Emerge Maine. She also served two terms as a School Board representative in SAD 75, and is a long-time advocate for strong public schools. Denise and her husband have lived in Topsham for 30 years, and their children attended Topsham public schools.
Denise has been a long-time volunteer for many community organizations, including the United Way and Habitat for Humanity. You will never meet a harder-working person with a greater sense of civic responsibility.
Denise is smart, informed and committed to fairness in government. She is a strong leader who is also a good listener, who will be responsive to the concerns of her constituents.
