Please vote no on referendum Question 1. This law gives our town and city clerks the necessary time to verify the eligibility of our newly registered voters. We all know that we do not live in a fraud-free society. We also know that identity theft is on the rise. So let’s give our clerks time to verify. Surely two business days is not too much to ask.
