When I was approached months ago to sign a petition about keeping METRO bus service in Falmouth, I signed it. That day when I left my reading glasses a home, I was assured the petition was for keeping the bus. One of my daughters does not drive and uses the bus to visit and help for me around the house, so of course, I signed. Now I realize I was misled and am very upset that I am counted among those who may be opposed to continuing access to and from Portland for those who do not or should not drive. I urge a no vote on Falmouth Question 1.
