I urge support for Patrick Norton in the upcoming Democratic primary in House District 106. I have known Pat for years. Pat worked on the nonpartisan Maine legislative staff for 22 years, including six years as the director of the Legislature’s Office of Policy and Legal Analysis. During that time, he worked with the Legislature on thousands of bills affecting every area of Maine government. Pat’s knowledge of the legislative process, how to draft legislation, and many issues large and small, will be invaluable in his role as our next state representative. I encourage everyone in District 106 to vote for Pat Norton to represent Freeport and part of Pownal on June 12.
