I will be voting for Jessica Holbrook and Carol Rancourt for Scarborough Town Council and encourage other people to. Jessica Holbrook will be open-minded and respectful of citizens. She will not be easily influenced or controlled by others on the council who are more concerned with power than making good town policy. She has lived here all her life and knows the issues well.

Rancourt worked very hard to try to slow down the process the town manager and council chose to use, which ended up closing the end of the Pine Point Road and giving it to the Lighthouse Motel. She is an independent thinker and listens to the people.

Richard Sullivan will be given credit for breaking the tie vote to close our beach road and give it away. He’ll always be remembered for speaking against the plan then voting in favor of it at the same meeting. He does not deserve to be re-elected.
