I moved to Falmouth in 1970 and bought a lot from Fred Chase in Brookside Forest. I have always found Fred to be an honest and reasonable person. When he was on the Town Council back in the 1970s he would always be accessible and his decisions were made with a lot of thought of how it would affect other citizens. This seems to be a lost value to some of the latest councilors, so a vote for Fred would be very much appreciated. I have also seen these values in Will Armitage, so a vote for Fred and Will would be great.
I would also note that Fred was voted “Citizen of the Year ” in 2000 for his endless work in the community.
