I am writing to show my support for Lucy Tucker on her decision to run for the Falmouth School Board. I have known Lucy for all of the seven years we have lived here. She has always been knowledgeable about our town and schools and is very supportive of our school system. Her father, an educator, always said, “the best thing you can give a child is a great education.” This statement has been a guiding force in her life for both herself and her children. Lucy understands that a great school is the foundation for a great community. While Lucy fully supports the schools, she is also fiscally responsible and would like to see everyone get the best bang for their buck without wastefulness in the system. I am confident that Lucy Tucker will be a thoughtful, responsible, positive voice on the School Board.
