I will be voting for Republican Kim Talbot in House District 54 this November because she has the qualifications I am looking for in a state representative.
Kim has run a successful business for over 20 years and has also spent time in the public sector. She has experience managing budgets in both sectors, overseeing employment decisions and taking the lead on projects. She knows what it takes to create jobs and foster a business friendly environment. This is exactly the type of candidate that we should be sending to Augusta.
Kim is not a professional politician. She is a businesswoman who wants to bring her common sense ideas and strategies to the House. I know she will be an excellent addition to the Legislature and look forward to voting for her on Nov. 4.
