There are many thanks due to all those who helped the Cundy’s Harbor Library have a successful book sale on July 19 and 20. It was a monumental effort.

First, thanks go to the donors of a wide variety of books, tapes, and CDs, to those who sorted some 3,000 books, to those who hefted boxes of books to the Community Hall and arranged them on tables there, and finally those who transported leftover books to local charities.

Thanks also go to the donors of food for the bake sale, to Janice Treadwell who set up the food display, and those who donated services for our raffle.

The library board is grateful for this continued show of great community support and extends an invitation to the community to take advantage of our growing list of services made possible by fundraisers like this.
