I have the privilege of being a personal friend of Nancy Thompson for over 23 years and am honored to now serve on the board with her for The Center for Grieving Children. Everyone who knows Nancy can attest to her incredibly upbeat, positive attitude and a willingness and determination to get the job done, regardless of how hard she has to work.
There is no one else I know who could do as dedicated a job as Nancy in the House and win the hearts and minds of both Democrats and Republicans. A vote for Nancy is a vote for a smart, hard-working, thoughtful and tenacious person, but most importantly someone with a heart as big as the state of Maine with the determination to help everyone, regardless of their economic status and political affiliation.
There are very few people I would cross party lines to vote for, but Nancy Thompson is that person.
