I am very concerned about the opioid epidemic in Maine and feel increased access to health care for Maine citizens would greatly help people fighting this problem. I urge South Portland and Cape Elizabeth Democrats to vote for Richard Rottkov because he supports universal health care and Medicaid expansion, which would provide access to health care for 70,000 Maine citizens. I have known Richard for many years as an active member of the South Portland Democrats and community volunteer, and know he is thoughtful and fair and will work to build consensus and find practical solutions to this and other problems.
Richard’s priorities also include action to address climate change and protect our environment for our children and grandchildren, investing in quality public education and tax fairness for the middle class and the working poor. These are issues important to us all. Please support Richard Rottkov in the House District 32 Democratic primary on June 12.
