I’m excited that Rep. Ben Chipman is a candidate for state Senate District 27 in the Democratic primary on June 14, and I urge everyone to support his campaign. He’s done a faithful job of representing the people of Maine in the Legislature. His commitment not to use political action committee funds for his campaign is a breath of fresh air. He won’t take large donations from wealthy constituents and businesses because he wants to run a clean election free from any over-reaching corporate or personal interests and agendas. Ben will only be beholden to the people who elected him, and make sure our voices are heard. That makes me really excited about supporting his campaign and voting for him. He’s good for the people of Maine.
