We would like to thank all the residents of South Portland that attended our open house for the South Portland High School renovation last week. More than 200 people attended and we heard many great ideas from people throughout our community. We hope to organize another event in the fall when the plans for the new building are nearly finalized. We understand that this time of year is especially busy and many residents were unable to attend. We have made a slide show of the virtual 3-D model of the new building accessible on the school district’s website (www.spsd.org), the South Portland High School Renovation Facebook page, and on SPC-TV Channel 3. We hope everyone in South Portland will have an opportunity to view the model and welcome any feedback as we move closer to finalizing the design for this important building.
