I want to convey my support of South Portland’s Clear Skies Ordinance. City councilors, lawyers, environmentalists, and hundreds of residents of South Portland and other Maine communities have worked tirelessly to prevent the city from becoming a tar sands oil facility. I hope The Forecaster will express ongoing support for this important issue.
