As a long-time member of the Falmouth Recycling Committee I feel very fortunate to have Bonny Rodden as the committee’s liaison on the Town Council. Bonny’s tireless efforts have enabled Falmouth to maintain its position as a regional leader in recycling rates. Bonny’s position on the board of ecomaine allows her influence to extend beyond Falmouth. When challenges have come I have seen Bonny look to the facts and pair them with her committed principles to guide a decision.
Taking a practical approach, Bonny balances present constraints with her concern for the future of our community. Bonny’s work for open space, the METRO bus, recycling, and future retail development demonstrate her concern for the long term future of Falmouth – the future beyond the current budget.
The effects of this term on Town Council will reach far beyond the three-year term. Vote for the long-term future of Falmouth, vote for Bonny Rodden.
