Being self-employed in the real estate industry, I am especially tuned into the skills needed for survival in a weak economic climate. It takes a lot of hard, dedicated work to be successful. Mark Richard has been able to continue his business viability by making astute assessments, by using solid leadership skills, and by effecting prudent fiscal decision making. Cooperation and conciliation in any negotiation requires give and take by all sides. Mark has a reputation for being able to validate and respect opposing points, guiding all sides toward the common ground needed to move forward.
