I have been especially impressed with state Rep. Janice Cooper’s continued and excellent efforts to keep her constituents in Yarmouth, Chebeague Island and Long Island informed about what is happening in the Statehouse and why. Many legislators leave communications for staff to write; Janice prefers to write her own e-newsletters and it shows clearly who she really is, what she believes and why she holds those beliefs. Her explanations of her positions on issues are thoughtful, concise and compelling. She does not shy from speaking out on and discussing in a collaborative manner controversial issues. She has the skills and the courage to do what is right for all of us.

Please consider voting to re-elect Cooper, a Yarmouth Democrat, no matter which political registration you hold. She serves all our communities very well.
