I am writing to share my support for the re-election of Robert “Will” Rowan to the Scarborough Town Council.
I met Robert shortly after moving to Scarborough in 2011. His two daughters are close in age to my daughter and son.
Robert was first elected to the Town Council in 2015 and is seeking re-election because he believes that local politics matter now more than any other time in recent history. While on the council he has served as council liaison to the Senior Advisory Committee, the Scarborough Housing Alliance and the Scarborough Economic Development Corporation.
I have seen firsthand how Robert approaches every issue thoughtfully and makes his decisions based on the best and most accurate information. He is always accessible and listens to new ideas. He has brought smart, thoughtful and responsible leadership to the council and I am happy to share my support for his re-election.
