Residents of Falmouth are fortunate to have an outstanding member of the Legislature representing them in Augusta. State Rep. Mary Nelson has served four years in the House and is a member of the Joint Standing Committee on Education and Cultural Affairs. Her major areas of focus are education, the environment and business development.
We have known Mary for over 30 years, and witnessed time and time again her excellent leadership skills and her dedication to community service. We are confident Mary will continue to work collaboratively with her peers in Augusta to support policies to strengthen Maine’s public education system, to protect Maine’s unique natural resources, and to promote an environment which allows businesses to prosper.
