I was lucky enough to see state Rep. Diane Russell, D-Portland, speak on behalf of the Bernie Sanders campaign at the Portland caucus. Russell’s impassioned defense of our progressive values was inspiring. I wish that the rest of the line had the opportunity to hear her speech. I met Russell a year ago and have witnessed first hand how hard she works. It is so refreshing to be able to vote for progressives up and down the ticket. Please join me in voting for Diane Russell for state Senate in the District 27 Democratic primary on June 14.
