I encourage Cumberland residents to vote for Jeff Porter for SAD 51 School Board. A lifelong Cumberland resident, Jeff has never stopped giving back to the community in which he grew up and has raised his five children, all current or former SAD 51 students.  As a parent, I feel fortunate that Jeff has decided to focus his energies on the School Board and the ever-growing list of issues facing our schools. Anyone who closely followed matters in Cumberland over the last several years knows that as a town councilor, Jeff was fully versed on the issues, was tireless in taking on committee assignments and in championing important changes, and always brought a very thoughtful and independent viewpoint to council decisions. Jeff will bring that same energy and enthusiasm to the SAD 51 School Board, and I hope you join me in supporting his candidacy.
