After being away for the winter, I returned to Maine and picked up last week’s issue of The Forecaster. I was pleasantly surprised to read the column by John Balentine. He is astute, reasonable, factual, and a welcome alternative to Edgar Allen Been. Thank you, Mr. Balentine – and The Forecaster – for your balance.
