I want to thank the thousands of Falmouth residents who cast their votes in this election, whether for me or others. The depth and quality of the field is encouraging at a time that some communities have had a hard time attracting people to serve. I will do my best to listen, do my homework and help all residents remain informed about the choices that will come before the council during the next three years. Democracy is like a muscle, it works best when it’s exercised.
