I have been a member of the Falmouth Town Council for three years and I am running for re-election. I am proud to be part of a council that operates in a collegial and collaborative manner. We have delivered responsible budgets, keeping our tax mil-rate flat, and the lowest in the Portland region. Going forward, the U.S. Route 1 project has begun and the library renovations are soon to begin. We are now beginning a review process for enhancements to the Route 100 economic corridor. New opportunities such as the Casco Bay Ice Arena and an appropriate home for Community Programs are under consideration. Ongoing management of our incredible open spaces and waterfront will preserve these treasures for generations.

I am often asked why I would want to be on the Town Council, and the answer is to ensure that these and other opportunities for our community and families are fulfilled.
