Six reasons for Falmouth to vote no on Question 1 on June 14:
— Depressed Real Estate Market with no relief in sight.
— Expensive surprises often found when renovating old buildings.
— Shaky and unknown future for libraries.
— Need to further explore outside interest in acquiring land and buildings.
— Any glitches in risky plan will impact already scary tax pressures with new school and boiler.
— Loyalty to present library site.
