Now is the time to support state Rep. Mary Nelson in her campaign to return to the Maine House representing District 112 in Falmouth.
She is an accomplished legislator who has watched out for the interests of Falmouth. She has been most effective in preserving Falmouth bus services with Metro. She has voted in support of the environment on 100 percent of the key bills tracked by the Maine League of Conservation Voters.
Her leadership experience in municipal government and non-profit organizations is impressive as well. She has headed the Falmouth Town Council, the Advisory Council Committee for the School of Music at USM; the Alumni Association at Smith College; the Board of Maine College of Art, and the Portland Symphony Orchestra.
She is a strong leader who deserves to be re-elected Nov. 2.
