State Rep. Mary Nelson has served Falmouth very well and deserves our support on Election Day.

Nelson has been a strong leader in three of the most important issues facing Maine: creating good jobs, investing in sustainable energy and ensuring that our education system from kindergarten through the university is fully preparing our students for the 21st century.

Part of the reason Mary has done such a great job in the Legislature is that she has long and deep ties to this community, including her service on the Town Council and the School Board. She never loses touch with the people of Falmouth, and she has a thorough understanding of the needs and aspirations of the families and businesses she represents. Most important, Mary’s strong leadership skills are complimented by her ability to listen carefully to the people of our town. Mary truly represents our values and our interests.
