I urge North Yarmouth voters to cast their ballot on Sept. 21 st for Jim Moulton of Mill Road. Jim is a small business owner who has extensive experience as our town selectman, including serving as the chairman. He is also a veteran of the School Administrative District 51 Board of Directors and the Budget Committee for Cumberland County. He is intelligent, gets the most for your tax dollar, and will join Alex Carr and Jeanne Chadbourne in moving the Board of Selectmen in a better direction.

Jim will vote against the Village Center Plan that builds a municipal sewer system in Walnut Hill and allows building four houses to the acre. He wants Wescustogo Hall rebuilt and he supports building senior housing. If you want a change at Town Hall, elect Jim Moulton.

I have reservations with Jim supporting TM Roy, she is not capable, the town is facing at least 1 lawsuit and a human rights commission ruling against it. If that is the definition of capable North Yarmouth can do much better. I agree the development, the sewer are all bad ideas but it is time for Roy to go.
