The Portland City Council must spend all their time thinking up ways to spend money: two-way traffic on High and State streets, moving the Public Services Department, and on and on it goes – not to mention all the money the city gives away to developers and the boo-boos that have been made in their various endeavors. And our taxes continue to soar.
