I would like to endorse Marna Miller as a candidate for the Falmouth School Board. It has been my good fortune to have known Marna for over five years, and during that time she has proved to be an enthusiastic advocate for her children’s education. Marna has always taken a great interest in the issues surrounding the Falmouth school system, and makes sure that she knows both sides of an issue so that she can offer a balanced, objective and educated opinion. Additionally, Marna has been a frequent volunteer in her children’s schools, which has provided her with a solid understanding of the working environment of the classroom.
As we all know, the budgetary process for our schools has been challenging. I am very confident that Marna is up to the challenge and that she will approach such a process in an informed and thoughtful manner.
