I would like to strongly endorse Charlie McBrady and Caleb Hemphill for election to the Falmouth Town Council. Every town needs a connection with its history, and a person who knows its people, its streets, where it came from, and where it can go to. Charlie McBrady grew up in Falmouth and has raised a family here and will help give that perspective. He is smart, compassionate, able to disagree without being disagreeable, and will treat everyone who comes before our town council with respect. I’ve had the pleasure of working for many years with Caleb Hemphill on the Falmouth Land Trust. Every time you see a trail through our protected lands, and a kiosk marking the trails, Caleb has played a major role in making that happen, most times pounding the nails and hauling the wood as well. As a board member he was thoughtful and contributed ideas and energy to the Trust. Please consider both these men when you go to vote on June 10.
