It seems to me that Republican Cathy Manchester has the most experience bringing people together with practical and engaging solutions. As Maine’s first female police chief, she helped her community fight back against violent crime, drugs and domestic abuse. What I really like about her, though, is that she’s not a partisan politician. She’s more interested in solving problems than playing out some liberal agenda that raises taxes and grows the size and cost of government. As she says, “I believe it is your money and your hard work that permits government to serve our common interest. It is not the government’s money.” Manchester is definitely the best choice in Senate District 25.
