I served on the Freeport Sewer Board of Trustees for 18 years. I know what is expected of those who serve on the board, as well as the time commitment involved. Sally Leland is energetic, resourceful, engaging and thoughtful. She wants to ensure the sewer district is strategically prepared for future updating while being mindful of the impact on those served by the district. Sally has my vote without hesitation.
