I am pleased to announce my candidacy for re-election to the Falmouth School Board. As a member of School Board, I have served three years on Finance Committee and the last two years as both finance chairwoman and vice chairwoman of the board.

I have remained dedicated to maintaining top-quality educational experiences for our students while exercising fiscal responsibility. This is evidenced in the district decreasing operating expenditures year over year for the last three years while managing a staggering $2.1 million reduction in state funding.

We have much to be proud of in Falmouth with our recent national award by Forbes magazine and Great Schools as the “Top City to Live and Learn in the U.S.” Falmouth provides outstanding value for our tax dollars.

I hope you will support me on June 14 so I can continue the hard work necessary to drive great educational results while balancing fiscal constraint.
