I don’t have much knowledge of politics, but have read much lately.

In South Portland the public has been upset about firings, rehirings, stipend, health insurance and the little trick pulled on the Willard Beach snack bar. In Scarborough, it was a land swap. In both towns, the people spoke up loudly, but a deaf ear was turned.

Why fight city hall when our concerns just don’t matter at all?
