As a Cumberland resident for 42 years, it was nice to read in The Forecaster that we have three very qualified candidates on the ballot for the at-large Town Council seat. It has been my pleasure to have actually met the three individuals. Each an impressive citizen of our good town.
Choosing one is a difficult decision, not made lightly. However, having followed Tom Gruber’s career, and with input from those fortunate enough to have worked with him professionally and on various committees, Gruber is my choice to be the at-large councilor.
Tom has the integrity, knowledge, compassion and understanding of what it takes to make decisions that will benefit the entire town. Please consider Tom Gruber when you vote on June 14.
