I write to congratulate Democratic state Sen. Stan Gerzofsky on re-election, and Republican Jennifer Johnson on a strong showing, in Senate District 24 (Brunswick, Harpswell, Freeport, Pownal and North Yarmouth). To everyone who supported me, especially my family and the thousands of citizens who voted for me, thank you. We have planted seeds of change. Now comes the hard part, preparing the soil and tending our gardens so our seedlings can grow and bear fruit.
