We are fortunate to have the opportunity to support Councilor Frank Governali for Town Council. Frank has an extensive background in finance and a proven record of actively and successfully supporting Cape Elizabeth in a variety of public and private matters. Among other things, he served, or is now serving, as a member of the Cape Elizabeth Education Foundation board of directors, the St. Alban’s vestry, the Great Schools Partnership of Maine board, the Cape Elizabeth High School Parents Association, and the Town Council.

Anyone who has seen Frank in action can vouch for his dedication, focus and balanced approach to finding solutions to difficult problems. In this time of fiscal uncertainty, Frank offers us the chance to re-elect a person who can adeptly balance the intricacies of state and local finance with the economic realities that Cape faces. As a long-time resident of Cape and the father of three children (two of whom are still in our schools), Frank shares the same concerns and aspirations of many of us here in Cape.

If elected, Frank will continue to work towards the preservation of Cape’s natural beauty, excellent schools and rural character; the analysis of the town budget in a balanced, non-ideological and inclusive fashion; and the coordination with other elected officials to ensure Cape Elizabeth is being fairly treated in the allocation of education funds.

Please join us in supporting Frank on Nov. 2.
