We were so appreciative of the many food drives and fundraisers conducted on behalf of the South Portland Food Cupboard during November and December, that we wanted to acknowledge them.
Portland: Portland Eagles, Nutrition Works. Falmouth: Greener Postures Yoga. Scarborough: Maine Medical Diabetes & Endocrinology, Scarborough Rotary. Cape Elizabeth: All preschools, Intermed at Spurwink, Coastal Wellness. South Portland: Boy Scouts, SPHS cafeteria, Intermed, Norway Savings Bank, Teamsters Local 340, Downeast Energy, Maine Real Estate Network, Calabash, South Portland Community Center, the libraries, Cambridge Coffee, Hannaford Bros., the Candy Man, and Home Properties.
To have so many in our communities recognize the ongoing need and offer support was a gift to us at the Cupboard. We cannot thank them enough.
