In honor of Falmouth’s 300th anniversary, Falmouth Memorial Library is looking for at least 300 residents, families or businesses to join our 1718 Society. Like the first 20 families who settled Falmouth in 1718, this small group of modern settlers can have an enormous impact on the future of our town. The new library will be a centerpiece for our whole community and build on the library’s vision to make Falmouth a town where imagination and opportunity thrive.
Over the past 18 months, a dedicated team of volunteers has worked hard to raise $1.4 million – half the funds we need to complete the library’s expansion. You can join the 1718 Society with a gift of at least $3,000, which can be paid over a five- year period. With your help, we can make this vision a reality and celebrate Falmouth’s history together.
We hope you will consider joining our families in the 1718 Society today. For more information or to make a gift – large or small – please visit www.falmouthmemoriallibrary.org, call 781-2351, or just stop in at the library.
