I am endorsing Valentine Sheldon for Falmouth Town Council. For three years, our neighborhoods have been in turmoil due to the misguided zoning changes enacted in 2016. Valentine has been the only candidate who has consistently and forcefully spoken out against the damage these changes have inflicted on his neighborhood. As councilor, he will work to correct past errors in judgment and protect all of Falmouth’s neighborhoods. He is not part of Falmouth’s entrenched old-boys network, and he is not afraid to speak truth to power. Valentine was born and raised in Maine, has been a successful entrepreneur and businessman, and is rightly proud of the family he and Michelle are raising. I am hoping for his success. Falmouth needs him.
