State Rep. Janice Cooper, D-Yarmouth, has a long history of advocating for women’s rights, and a woman’s right to make their own health-care decisions. A vote for Janice is a vote to protect our own rights, as well as the future of our children’s rights to their own bodies.
In an time when the Maine Legislature still does not fully reflect our state’s diversity, representation matters now more than ever. I am positive that a vote for Janice will keep a strong and qualified woman at the table, which is exactly what we need.
Janice stands with working families, and our working family stands with Janice. I hope you will, too, and re-elect Janice Cooper in House District 47.
