PORTLAND —Letter carriers will be collecting donated food items left next to mailboxes on Saturday, May 9, for the 17th annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive. Local Branch 92 of the National Association of Letter Carriers has chosen the Salvation Army of Portland and the Wayside Food Rescue Program as their local partner.
Wayside Food Rescue Program will redistribute all the collected items to more than 40 food pantries, soup kitchens and social agencies throughout Cumberland County.
