The primary challenge Cape Elizabeth faces is the increasingly difficult financial picture. Frank Governali brings extensive experience and excellent problem-solving skills to solving budget issues. He is an advocate for developing revenue sources in Cape Elizabeth and understands that we must consider non-property-tax sources of revenue as well as expense reductions in order to manage our town’s financial future. Having scrutinized municipal and school budgets in recent years, Frank has been strident in arguing that a town spending plan needs to match residents’ priorities.
