For the first time in years, Cape Elizabeth residents have an opportunity to send a true representative to Augusta for House District 121 when they vote on Aug. 16. The difference between the two candidates is striking, as evidenced in particular by their performance on candidates night. Nancy Thompson had a clear command of the issues and facts. She was incredibly well prepared and had obviously worked hard to be ready for the event. Her very serious approach showed what kind of legislator she will be. Nancy will do her research and due diligence. Nancy’s presence in Augusta will always be a credit to Cape Elizabeth. For the caliber of representation Cape Elizabeth deserves, vote for Nancy Thompson on Aug. 16.
