As someone who has a deep appreciation for Maine’s environment, I support Democrat Cathy Breen for state Senate in District 25.
Breen recognizes that Maine’s environment and culture make it an enticing place to live and work. Under informed leadership, environmental and cultural assets will spur our economy and enhance our quality of life.
Breen has already shown her commitment. As a Falmouth town councilor, she was a leader in the 2007 referendum initiative that authorized Falmouth to spend up to $5 million to conserve open space.
Breen is a go-getter, who understands that the protection of Maine’s environment will encourage our children to stay in Maine and inspire others to move here, providing the human resources needed to grow the state’s economy.
Breen will work to preserve Maine’s valuable natural and cultural resources while working to build Maine’s economy.
