Caryn Bickerstaff would be a wonderful addition to the Falmouth School Board. I have had the pleasure of serving with Caryn as founding board members of the Falmouth Music Parents Association. Caryn was an asset in researching and establishing this organization and worked hard to design and implement our bylaws, mission statement and goals. She has excellent communication skills both with fellow parents and with administrators. Caryn is a clear thinker and offers valuable insights to committee discussions. She possesses a wide range of skills; she is just as comfortable leading meetings and making presentations as working at a bake sale or collecting donations. I have known Caryn to be a personable and “hands-on” leader who is willing to assume responsibility and tackle any necessary task.
