My name is Jonathan Berry and I am pleased to announce my candidacy for Falmouth Town Council.

I am the managing partner of a local law firm, Berry & Dion, where we focus on assessment and mitigation of risk for small family businesses, as well as zoning and land use law. My professional responsibilities also include publishing articles, lecturing and providing testimony to the Legislature on constitutional law and government relations.

I am an active member of the Maine State Bar Association, the Cumberland Bar Association, and the Falmouth Economic Development Commission. In terms of political experience, I serve on the Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals.

Most importantly, I have two sons that I am most proud of, and we have decided that it is important to give back to our community by offering to help lead this great community of ours. Thank you.
